We check your domain with Google's Safe Browsing service hl=en to determine if your domain is Safe or if there is possible Malware or viruses on your domain or website.
ICANN Registries allow top level domains (etc) to be locked to prevent domain theft.
The local ZACR Registry does not support domain locking on any domain (and web.za).
When you are transferring a domain registration from one Registrar to another, there are specific steps you will need to take to prepare your domain.
Below are the details to prepare your domain for transfer with your current Registrar and then submit the transfer request with Namecheap. More details on the transfer process and on how to move from a specific Registrar can be found here.
This may take a few hours to arrive (and please be sure check your spam folders just in case).
If you have not received this within a few hours of your initial request, please contact support for assistance.
If the domain is being registered, the registration has not completed yet.
If the domain is being transferred in, the transfer has likely failed and needs to be re-requested.
